Return Policy

FRS SPICES accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for return.
Upon receiving the returned products, FRS SPICES will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
If the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or store credit, minus any shipping charges incurred.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of FRS SPICES.
